If you are placing an order that is exempt from Florida sales tax, you CAN NOT use our on- line Shopping Cart.

Email our office and we will link you to our manual order form or request that we fax you a form.  This form can be filled out while you are visiting our site and then faxed to our office along with a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you need a shipment sent via USPS to a PO Box or APO Box or shipped to an off-shore USA territory, you must email the office for instructions at UnitedMask@earthlink.net.

If you are placing an order for Export to be shipped outside of the United States, YOU MUST email us first at Export_Sales@UnitedMaskAndParty.com.

Orders that are either tax exempt or are to be shipped outside of the domestic (not off-shore) United States CANNOT BE PLACED USING OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART.
